Welcome to week ONE! This week weβll be covering A LOT of information but all essential to set you up for the remaining weeks to come. These topics include:
How to build a plate: Food portions, meal balance, food tracking and what are macros.
We also talk a lot about our Core Beliefs and how to identify when we self sabotage.
What are your true strengths?
How to set SMART goals.
All of the little things that will help you stay on track this course. I highly encourage you to join the LIVE discussions where I dive into these topics in greater detail. It is also here that you can bring all of your burning questions. The first live will be Sept. 16 Thursday night at 7pm in the facebook discussion room. Please make sure you sign into the fb group in the welcome page there is a link. Also, if anyone does NOT have fb I will move the discussion the zoom so please let me know. I hope to record the meeting in case you cannot make it then you can watch on your own time.
