 GROUP FITNESS

You need to start somewhere, and no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, our JoyLife HIIT & Circuit based classes deliver results from Beginner to Expert in a supportive community based setting. We’ll meet you where you’re at!

JoyLife's Group Classes are HIIT and Circuit based workouts using body weight and equipment. Classes are offered from Beginner up to Expert levels and are 45 mins in length. All classes and sessions are currently broadcast live online using Zoom. If you are interested in joining a class or trying your first class out for free, please email or call Elaine to reserve a spot as space is limited.
