WEEK FOUR

Week four and we are half way there. Hang in there! Change happens gradually. This week we discuss the microbiome, fiber an eating a rainbow. It is deep and wide subject matter and I will do my best to give you the basics. Every week the information is for you to put into your tool box. But information alone isn’t going to bring lasting change…that is an everyday journey of consistency and good habits that will get you feeling your best. Be kind to yourself, do your best daily and whatever happens, don’t give up.
